TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ameliajowood, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” and the client, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” who is booking a Tarot reading, spiritual consultation, or related service.

By booking a service, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider offers intuitive services including but not limited to tarot readings, spiritual consultations, ancestral guidance, shadow work support, and related offerings. All readings are completed offline and sent via email within seven (7) days of the appointment time booked. There are no exceptions to this delivery window unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information, including a valid email address.

  • Submitting any intake form details prior to the appointment.

  • Understanding the nature of the service and its energetic demands on the Service Provider.

3. Right to Refuse Service

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at their sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to cases of harassment, unethical requests (e.g., medical, legal, or third-party readings), or misalignment with the Service Provider’s values and boundaries.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason once a reading is booked.

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund.

  • After 24 hours, bookings are final and non-refundable, even if the appointment time has not yet passed.

5. Legal Disclaimer

In accordance with New York State law, all tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. The Service Provider is not liable for any actions taken as a result of the reading. The Service Provider does not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are private. Client information and reading content will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to release the Service Provider from any and all liability related to their reading, consultation, or any decisions made based on the services rendered.

8. Amendments

These terms are subject to change at any time. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the most up-to-date terms at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By booking a session or service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
